Some restaurants run a halal section beside a non-halal one. We do not. One kitchen, one supplier list, and everything on it is halal. Nothing to cross-check when you order.
Not carried at all
Pork and alcohol are not stored, cooked or served on the premises. That removes the shared-fryer and shared-grill question entirely.
Off the spit, not a tray
The vertical rotisserie runs from open to close. Your shawarma is shaved off it when you order rather than scooped from a warming tray.
