A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. This page lists every category this site can use, what each one is for, and how to turn them off. Only the necessary category is active before you choose.
Necessary — always on
These are not tracking. They cannot be switched off because the site stops working properly without them.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
gs_consent | This site | Remembers the cookie choice you made, so you are not asked on every page | 12 months |
gs_attr | This site | Remembers which link brought you here, so we can tell which ads work. Cleared when you close the tab | Session |
Both are stored in your browser only. Neither is sent to a third party.
Analytics — off until you accept
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Counts visits and tells us which pages and dishes get attention | Up to 24 months |
IP addresses are truncated. We never see your name or email in analytics.
Marketing — off until you accept
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_gcl_* | Google Ads | Tells us an ad led to an order, so we stop paying for ads that do not work | Up to 90 days |
_fbp | Meta | Same, for Facebook and Instagram ads | Up to 90 days |
If you reject this category the Meta pixel is never loaded and Google is instructed not to store an advertising identifier.
Turning cookies off in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser has this under Settings → Privacy. Blocking all cookies will break the part of this site that remembers your cookie choice, so you may be asked again on each visit.
